The General Chapter of the Schoenstatt Fathers has elected the remaining members of the new General Council of the Institute. Besides the General Superior, Fr Juan Pablo Catoggio (Argentina), another new member comes into the highest level or responsibility: Fr José Luis Zabala (Chile). Three members of the former Council have been reelected, among them also Fr Heinrich Walter.

Pilgrimages and songs was the order of the day as the Schoenstatt students organised a great cantata. The last four days of May were great and historic in the Schoenstatt Father’s community Ibadan. There was a dual celebration in the Victory Shrine of our Lady of Schoenstatt which I am so graced to relate to the entire Schoenstatt family to savour and sing the glories of Mary with us.
